Your bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion, international transaction, or other fees. These fees are not charged or controlled by Vox Arcana LLC.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on your most recent eligible Service or Product purchase.

To request a refund, email hello@psychic-claire.com within 60 calendar days of the purchase date. Include the words “Refund Request”, the email address used for the purchase, and the name of the relevant Service or Product.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear may depend on your bank or payment provider.

We may refuse duplicate, fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith refund requests to the extent permitted by law.

This commercial guarantee does not restrict any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

Where applicable, by requesting immediate access to digital content or immediate performance of a Service before the end of a statutory withdrawal period, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal may end once the digital content has been supplied or the Service has been fully performed. Any separate 60-day money-back guarantee offered by us remains subject to its stated conditions.
